MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage is a general term for pressing, rubbing and manipulating your skin, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Massage may range from light stroking to deep pressure. Massage is generally considered part of complementary and integrative medicine. It's increasingly being offered along with standard treatment for a wide range of medical conditions and situations.
LASER THERAPY
Laser Therapy works on the principle of inducing a biological response through energy transfer, in that the photonic energy delivered into the tissue by the laser modulates the biological processes within that tissue, and those within the biological system of which that tissue is a part. The Arndt-Schultz Law of Biomodulation infers that low dosages of photonic energy will stimulate those biological processes, and higher dosages will inhibit them.
SPINAL DECOMPRESSION
Spinal decompression therapy involves stretching the spine with the goal of relieving back and/or leg pain. This therapy helps with pain relief from bulging, degenerating or herniated disks.
ACTIVE REHABILITATION
Active Rehabilitation complements Physiotherapy in your road to recovery. Focusing on soft-tissue manipulation/mobilization to enhance muscle performance and function. Our Active Rehabilitation utilize techniques such as joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, and facial release to treat movement dysfunctions, sport injuries, and pain.
ACUPUNCTURE
A Traditional Chinese medicine technique that when combined with physiotherapy can help to alleviate muscle pain/strain. Acupuncture can help to treat pain and well as symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoarthritis and headaches.
CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping therapy is a form of traditional Chinese medicine and it is used to relieve pain, inflammation and promote relaxation. This is a deep-tissue massage that works hand-in-hand with physiotherapy to achieve maximum results. Suction is uses pressure to pull skin, tissue and muscles upward and this helps to enhance circulation, help relieve pain, remove "heat" and pull out toxins from the body tissue.
RADIAL SHOCKWAVE
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that involves creating a series of low energy acoustic wave pulsations that are directly applied to an injury through a person’s skin via a gel medium. Shockwave trigger biological effects which lead to faster and long-term healing and regeneration of the tissue. Shockwave therapy overs a wide range of indications, such as Plantar fasciitis,Heel spurs,Patellar tendinitis (jumper’s knee),Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow),Medial epicondylitis (golfer’s elbow),Thumb basal joint Arthritis,Tendinitis,Chronic Inflammation,Bursitis,Shin splints..............
